Privacy and terms

Where to read the On My Radar privacy policy and terms of service, and how to download your account data from Settings.

Updated October 30, 2026 · Checked against On My Radar build 2c4905d

This page points you to the legal documents and to the data tools that exist in the app today.

The documents

Privacy policy

Privacy policy is the policy published for On My Radar. Read it there; this guide does not restate it.

Terms of service

Terms of service is the agreement for using On My Radar. Read the page itself for the wording that applies to you.

Your data in the app

Download your account

Open Settings, then Data. Under Download your account, select Download .zip.

The file is named On-My-Radar-account.zip. It contains one folder per radar with each blip as a text file, the files attached to them, captured email, and a complete copy of your data for other apps. Shared radars are included while you can read them. A manifest.json file lists every other file in the archive. It is written last, so a download without it is incomplete.

Keep the page open until the download finishes. Large accounts can take a while, and a failed download tells you to delete the partial file and start again. The archive is a copy of your data. It does not restore an On My Radar account.

Heads up: The archive can contain anything you captured, including anything sensitive you typed into a blip. Keep it somewhere private, and do not hand it to an agent.

Asking about export or deletion

Self-service account deletion is not in the app today. To ask about privacy, export or deletion, use Help in the sidebar and choose Privacy, export or deletion under What can we help with?. A request records your issue. It does not run an export or deletion for you.

Plans and cancellation

Your plan is under Settings, then Plan & usage. Where your plan has a billing portal, the page shows a Manage billing button and says you can change or cancel your plan there.
