Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and LA Jackson & Company, LLC (doing business as Workshop & Web), Greenville, Ohio, USA, which operates On My Radar (“we”, “us”). By using On My Radar you agree to them.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use On My Radar. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by AI tools you connect to it.
Your content
You own what you put into On My Radar. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the service for you and the people you share it with. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything illegal, abusive or malicious.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; you keep paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If you’re not happy within 14 days of your first payment, contact support for a full refund. Otherwise payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires.
- If we change the price of your plan, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, we may move your account to the free plan. Your content stays put, but some features may become read-only.
AI tools
On My Radar doesn’t include an AI subscription. You choose, pay for and control the AI tools you connect. Agent output can be wrong; review it before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people’s data, send spam, or resell it without our permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep On My Radar running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the service down, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using On My Radar and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. If we update them, we’ll post the new version here and tell you about significant changes. Questions? Contact On My Radar support. Also see our Privacy Policy.
