Privacy Policy

On My Radar is operated by LA Jackson & Company, LLC (doing business as Workshop & Web), Greenville, Ohio, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, name, and sign-in records.
• Your content: the blips, radars, comments, files, emails you forward, agent instructions and memories you store.
• Billing details: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your plan, billing status and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) and basic product events, such as when you connect an AI tool, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To run On My Radar, keep it secure, process payments, answer support requests, and send you service email such as sign-in links and billing receipts. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use your content to train AI models.

AI tools you connect

When you connect an AI assistant (for example Claude) to On My Radar, that tool can read and write the radars your account can access, within the permissions you approve. What the tool does with that data is governed by its provider’s terms. You can revoke a connection at any time under Settings → Connections.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run On My Radar: our own servers in the United States, Cloudflare (network and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). People you invite to a radar can see that radar. If you publish a radar with a public link, anyone with the link can see it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. You can export your account from Settings at any time. To delete your account and content, contact support. We delete it from the live service, and it ages out of our backups within 30 days. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights. Contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

On My Radar is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. For questions, use On My Radar support.
