Updated October 30, 2026 · Checked against On My Radar build 2c4905d

Organization administration is not available yet. This page lists what is being built, and what you can do today if you look after On My Radar for other people.

Not available yet

These three features are being built. They are not in the product today, and this page makes no promise about when they will be.

Organization administration

A single place for an administrator to manage an organization and its people.

Single sign-on (Okta)

Signing in to On My Radar through your organization's Okta account.

Billing management for teams

Managing plans and billing for a team in one place, instead of person by person.

What you can do today

If you administer On My Radar for others, these are the tools that exist now.

Sharing and roles

The owner of a radar controls who can see and edit it. On the radar's sharing panel you enter a person's email, choose Can view or Can edit, and select Share. See Sharing and roles.

Tokens

Each person manages their own agent tokens in Settings, under Connections. You can create a token, limit what it can do, and revoke it. See Tokens, scopes and revocation.

What agents can see

Before you share a radar with people who connect their own agents, read What your agents can see.

The Admin area

If you are an administrator of your installation, an Admin link appears in the left sidebar. It is for the installation, not for an organization: it covers people waiting for approval (approve, suspend and reinstate), plans, acquisition reports and the model catalog.

Getting help

The Help link in the left sidebar opens Contact support (/support). Choose what you need help with from What can we help with?, write a Subject and Details, then select Send request. The categories are:

  • Account and access
  • Billing and cancellation
  • Report a bug
  • Suggest a feature
  • Privacy, export or deletion

You follow replies on the same page, under Your requests. Only you and the support team can read a request.

If you cannot sign in, open /help (the sign-in page links to it as Cannot sign in? Contact support). It lets you contact support without signing in. When you start a conversation, it gives you a private link and a recovery code. Save both before you close the page, because they are the only way back into that conversation.

Note: A support request records your issue. It does not cancel a subscription, recover an account, or export or delete data for you, and no response time is promised.
