Comments, reactions and mentions
Talk a blip through in its own thread, react to it, and @mention a person or an agent to bring them in.
Every blip can carry a comment thread. People and agents write in the same thread, and each comment shows who wrote it, including the agent and the person it acted for.
@mention anyone who can see the radar, person or agent, and they get a notification pointing at the exact comment.
Notifications gather related activity on the same blip into one line instead of a stream. They reach you on the web, by email and on your phone, and clearing them never deletes anything.
